The 20130411 beta release

Hi Folks

This beta release includes some interesting bits, probably something for
everyone.....

1. Cleaned up the ircDDB Gateway Config program. It now looks a lot better than
before, the first release was a bit of a hack to get it released. You must
remember to choose the Save entry on the File menu in order to save your new
configuration.

2. Local echos are not now sent to linked reflectors.

3. The ircDDB Gateway no longer overwrites the config in GUI mode. This was an
oversight. You can now configure the gateway while it is running without the
data being lost, however you will need to restart the gateway to allow these
changes to appear.

4. Stop multiple incoming CCS links. I had assumed that the CCS servers would
stop this from happening, I was wrong. Hopefully the gateway will now reject
incoming CCS links which aren't the current one. There will be log messages
regarding these links so you should be able to see them being rejected.

5. Added French as a language for the Time Server. This audio has been created
in a different way to how I normally do it, which means that it may need some
tweaking of the index file in order to get the timings right. However it should
work as it is.

6. Added XRF851.

Now back to modems, Windows services, and things....
